1. Product Overview

This fully automatic non-stop rewinding production line is specially developed for the mass production of household toilet rolls and kitchen paper rolls. The whole line realizes uninterrupted continuous production from jumbo roll rewinding, accumulator storage, log saw cutting to automatic bundle packing, drastically improving production efficiency, reducing downtime loss and labor cost.

2. Core Technical Advantages

2.1 Non-stop Rewinding Host Machine (Core Equipment)

Equipped with automatic jumbo roll splicing & automatic core changing structure, no need to halt the whole line during raw paper roll replacement, realizing continuous 24-hour stable production
Full set of SIEMENS Germany electrical control system for PLC, servo drives, touch screen and frequency converters, strong anti-interference ability, ultra-low failure rate, perfectly adapt to high-temperature harsh working conditions.
Rated stable running speed: 350 m/min, high output, uniform paper tension, neat embossing & perforation effect
Servo-controlled rewinding tension system, effectively avoid loose roll, tight roll, irregular end faces and other defective products

2.2 Accumulator

Acts as production buffer between rewinding machine and cutting machine. It stores semi-finished log rolls temporarily to match the speed difference of front and rear processes, ensuring the whole line runs synchronously without blocking.

2.3 4-channel Log Saw Cutter

Four-channel simultaneous feeding & cutting, high cutting efficiency, maximum cutting speed up to 160 cuts/ minute per channel.
Circular saw blade smooth cutting, neat roll end without burr, consistent length of finished toilet rolls/kitchen rolls
Servo length positioning, easy parameter adjustment for different roll specifications (short toilet roll, long kitchen towel roll)

2.4 Automatic Roll Bundle Packing Machine

Automatic roll sorting, grouping, film wrapping, heat sealing and output, realize unmanned packing procedure
Flexible grouping mode: 2 -48 rolls bundle package optional
Stable conveying structure, compatible with both toilet tissue rolls and oil-absorbing kitchen paper rolls
